Mini Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecakes

I would be lying if I said I didn’t have a complete obsession with Cheesecake. My husband has learned to manipulate me through bribery when it comes to cheesecake… and it works just about every time {rolling eyes with a smirk on my face}.

For as much as I love cheesecake, I’ve always been a bit intimidated to make it. How can something so good be easy to make? Well, this past weekend I learned that it’s MUCH easier than I was anticipating. I stumbled across a recipe called “Mini Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecakes“. I call it “Heavencakes”. They were so simple to make too! It’s amazing how delicious simplicity can taste. You can find this recipe at Gingerbreadbagels.com

I didn’t follow the recipe exactly as stated. I omitted the Allspice and Ginger and added 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice. Oh, and I added the following (greatest addition to this recipe):

Ok, so I don’t have an “After Picture”… when you make something this yummy, your appetite takes over and you tend to lose all concentration. So that’s my excuse. Take my word though, these are spectacular and won’t stay around long!

    I am totally making these!!! They look amazing and I not only love all things pumpkin but I love cheesecake as well!!! Yum! Yum!!!!

    Actually just this just gave me an idea for Leah’s shower….not that we thiknking about that right now….lets get Roman here first!!!

    They ARE amazing! And speaking of Leah’s baby shower… I cannot WAIT to plan that:) She’s going to have the best shower ever! Let me know how these turn out when you make them!
