Mini Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecakes

I would be lying if I said I didn’t have a complete obsession with Cheesecake. My husband has learned to manipulate me through bribery when it comes to cheesecake… and it works just about every time {rolling eyes with a smirk on my face}.

For as much as I love cheesecake, I’ve always been a bit intimidated to make it. How can something so good be easy to make? Well, this past weekend I learned that it’s MUCH easier than I was anticipating. I stumbled across a recipe called “Mini Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecakes“. I call it “Heavencakes”. I didn’t follow the recipe exactly as stated. I omitted the Allspice and Ginger and added 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice. Oh, and I added the following (greatest addition to this recipe):

Ok, so I don’t have an “After Picture”… when you make something this yummy, your appetite takes over and you tend to lose all concentration. So that’s my excuse. Take my word though, these are spectacular and won’t stay around long!
