More Coffee Please

It’s no surprise that I’m a big time Coffee Lover for those who know me. So it probably comes as no surprise that I’m writing a blog post on the delicious subject.

If you share a passion for this “liquid gold” like I do, go grab a cup, hot or cold (I’m sipping on a cold one as we speak) and enjoy reading my blog post.

A few weeks ago I came across an article on yahoo titled “Tired of Water? Read This!” So I proceeded to read… of course, the first paragraph was most intriguing to me, as it referred to the health benefits of coffee. Did you know that coffee can help lower your risk of all the following:

Alzheimer’s
Parkinson’s
Breast Cancer
Skin Cancer
Diabetes
Gallstones
Oral Cancer

Interesting, huh? I thought so too. If you don’t believe what you’re reading, “Google It” as my husband frequently tells me, and see for yourself. You’ll find article after article on the benefits of coffee. You’ll come across more benefits than just the few I provided above.

THEN, to add a little humor to my “journey of coffee knowledge” I came across THIS article… be prepared to giggle a little.

Jolting Java News: Coffee Shrinks Your Boobs!” Is this factual or just a coincidence for me? lol Either way, it doesn’t stop me from my daily indulgence on this yummy beverage. God has blessed me with more important things than large breasts=)

Now I’m not telling you to drink cup after cup all day longĀ  because too much of anything is not good for you. Studies show, however, that a few cups per day is sufficient enough to reap the benefits of coffee.
